New Build North Scottsdale - Paseo at Pinnacle Peak

Lennar Homes is bringing another new construction community to the North Scottsdale area called Paseo at Pinnacle Peak. The main entrance to the community will be located off of Miller near the corner of Pinnacle Peak.

The development is situated on 20 acres and will be comprised of 55 lots. Most lots will be approx 1/3 acre in size. At least 14 of the 55 lots are slated to be single level homes (lots 12-48 and 49-55). The community will be gated, have natural desert plants, wash preservation and dedication to Natural Area of Open Space (NAOS) in the design.
